Section 23
<br> that voters can vote for
Every voter whose name is registered in the final voter's list and who has received a voter ID card will be entitled to vote in the election.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), the following electors shall not be entitled to vote:-
(a) Mental balance is not right,
(b) In the case of being sentenced to imprisonment for one year or more in accordance with the Federal Law on Election Offenses and Punishment, or having been sentenced to imprisonment for one year or more in accordance with such law, the period of one year has not been paid from the date of serving such prison sentence.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), the following electors shall not be entitled to vote:-
